Summary: room smelt terrible. ice machine was leaking all over floor. rooms were comfy and staff was excellent. when i went to check out waited at desk for 20 minutes noone was there

Summary: the street is obviously a drag strip. every 45 minutes all night, friday night. i went expecting a pool, daily towels, beds at least made, floor swept. nada, nothing was done. all 2-star. no one told me i needed to request daily room service, pool was out of commission, no one working on it. did get towels from front desk, and after complaining was told it 'was all on the website' but that was not true, no where was it stated that there was no pool, no daily clean dry towels, ormroom service. will not be back.

Summary: I was really disappointed to learn at checking in that their pool was closed. My understanding was that it had been closed for over a year due to something broken. However, the associate did what she could to make our stay better Great customer service!
