Summary: There was an odor in the room, the AC constantly made noise and the bathroom room would get stuck while closing.

Summary: Staff excellent! While things were shiny lots of smaller things were broken, missing, scuffed or marred. Nice new carpet but loose /broken bathroom tile. Great showerhead but approx 18" of missing caulk near floor. Floor transition was was too short & bent at doorway. Crushed wall lamp shade (reported 3 times) Assortment of tea but no hotwater in lobby. Again, staff were all lovely!
