Negative: For the price we paid the soap container in the shower was empty and not filled even after we asked. The room was not cleaned for our two night stay. I would not expect that for the price we paid

Positive: Modern decor/cleanliness/location very convenient to Belhurst Castle Winery for a wedding. Staff was very friendly and helpful; exception of the first night she was cordial but not as friendly as the others. Upon our arrival inquired if the hotel accepted AAA, she never said yes or no, after we checked in our room, I approached her again and said it was blocked unable to grant AAA discount she could have offer the information earlier. Great experience.

Negative: Safe deposit was not in the room but in the main lobby, easy to forget your goods when leaving. Nice to have had a bar/lounge for cocktails. The bathroom had a tag that read "For your safety an anti-slip is available upon request" You might want to change the language if it gives the wrong implication as if our safety is already at jeopardy - it should be a given or least nearby the room.

Positive: I like the overall appearance and construction of the hotel. It seems well kempt but it is a rather newer hotel. My room was good, very clean and roomy. The beds, pillows, and extra blanket were soft and comfy. My particular room didn't have a microwave, but I used the one in the lobby. The breakfast was extremely varied and had the hours from 6-9 a.m., which is great for the early birds. The assortment of breakfast was amazing, and I really like all the toppings for the oatmeal and the yogurt. I was surprised to see a nondairy milk(oat) offered there. I like the fresh fruit and the prepackaged tropical fruit. Some of the breakfast was prepackaged but of good quality, such as Jimmy Dean's sandwiches and three flavors of Otis Spunkmeyer muffins. The yogurt was a good brand also. I was a bit surprised at the location behind near a strip mall, but that didn't deter me. It was convenient to go shopping and near a Wegman's. I also liked the Seneca Lake pier and walkway and Seneca Lake State Park was close.
