Positive: Breakfast was really good - cheese omelettes. Beds were super comfortable.

Negative: Check in took about an hour as the desk clerk couldn’t figure out the exact amount to enter for our 2nd room. Finally, the clerk said I would have to call Booking.com but emails didn’t include a number to call and website number didn’t work, so our son used an A1 app to contact a Booking.com agent who gave us the correct amount on the virtual credit card to get us checked in. Plumbing fixtures in the bathroom were old and not working properly as had to open toilet and adjust inner part to get it to refill, and the tub faucet to shower metal piece wouldn’t adjust easily.

Positive: The beds were the most comfortable beds ever in our lives according to my three adult kids, my husband and me. The cheese omelettes at breakfast were really good and perfect to start the day.

Negative: It took a very long time to check in as the clerk couldn’t figure out the price to enter for the second of our three rooms reserved through Booking.com and told me I must call them to get that amount. I had no contact information and couldn’t find anything, but my son was able to figure it out, get the amount from the Booking.com customer service rep, and we then got our rooms.

Positive: The location was good and the gentleman that checked us in was great and very helpful

Negative: We got the room by the elevator therefore it was small, it had a long walk way and small room. We found a sock under the vanity was not ours the morning we went to leave. When we went to leave we had top wait for someone to check us out. We heard the people just talking in the what I guess is the office, we said hello but nobody came then a gentleman that i think worked there had to go in and get the attendant. She acted put out that we where at the desk took our keycard asked what room and that was it.
