Summary: We had a very pleasant stay for our family mini vacation. As always, the room was comfortable, quiet, clean and refreshing. Breakfast is always good. Very welcoming staff from the top down.

Summary: Passing through. Booked room with pullout sofa bed. It no linens available in room. Late at night and too tired so didn’t even ask front desk, just made do. Room smelled really funky the whole time. Only two tiny thin bathing towels in room. Room sleeps 5 so why not provide 5? I never understand that. Eco-friendliness gone too far!

Summary: Booked a double queen. When we arrived I was informed they overbooked and asked if I would be ok with a king and sofa couch. It just my 3 teens and I so we settled. The hostess actually upgraded us to a king suite. The room was amazing and we all slept comfortably.

Summary: Overall, our stay was above average. The elevator was on the blink. The open button only worked for one side. And one of the elevators wouldn’t open on the ground floor. I also thought it odd that they had coffee but no creamer. They had 2%, Silk (whatever that is) and oat milk but no creamer. I drink mine black, so it didn’t bother me, but the two gals I was traveling with weren’t happy. As for the service, it was good. And the facilities were clean. The only real negative was that the heat/air-conditioning control panel in our room (304) had been totally trashed and was illegible and didn’t seem to control anything. Luckily the room was comfortable.
