Summary: I would like to give 5 stars for our stay, but due to tech issues, we were unable to check in at 4:00. We went back at 7:30, system still done, but we were walked to our room, let in with a master key and told if we left we’d have to prop our door open so we could get back in. Nothing was offered as compensation and at $300.00 a night, I felt something should have been offered. Also, even though the a/c worked great, it was very noisy.

Summary: The lady at check in ran my card twice for "incidentals" because she said the machine kept doing this recently but not to worry because it would not charge me twice. I paid for my room before I got there. She never told me what the fee was for the incidentals, but I was in fact charged twice totalling near what I already paid for the room.

Summary: The person who checked us in was amazing! During our previous hotel stay, we learned that my son and I could no longer share a bed because he’s quite the bed hog. I asked about renting a rollaway bed, but I’m guessing they weren’t available at this location. Instead, she upgraded us to a room with a pullout couch so we’d have a third bed. It was such a kind gesture and made all the difference for a good night’s sleep. I really wish I had remembered her name!
