Summary: The shuttle driver yelled at me for not walking to the hotel from the airport. So I was a little worried that it would not be a good stay. He was the only thorn on this rose. Great place. Friendly staff.

Summary: This hotel is just steps away from the terminal. It was very clean, very spacious, very quiet we never heard a plane. This will definitely be our go-to for our trips to Rochester

Summary: This was our first time at this particular Fairfield Inn. We've always enjoyed our stays with the Marriott Bonvoy brand. We were amazed at how quiet it was at the airport. There was a lot of space all around the hotel and breakfast was excellent with lots of variety and hot protein that we always appreciate. Unfortunately, we checked in quite late and only handicapped rooms were available. Our room wasn't very clean, there was a film on all table surfaces, also what appeared to be dried feces on the bathroom floor and on the edge of the toilet. The thing that bothered us the most was that there was no full-length mirror on the wall!

Summary: The hotel is literally a one minute drive from the terminal. NO NEED FOR A CAR. After arriving on a late flight around midnight, the 1st room they gave us had a broken A/C unit. Fortunately, they had another room available so that worked out We would’ve preferred not to have had that extra 20 minutes getting into a room though. Breakfast the following morning was very nice as was all of the staff.

Summary: First time we stayed. The room was great except for the room humidity was excessive. The tile in the bathroom was wet and slippery, even after waking from sleep. Other than that it was great.
