Summary: Washing machine was out, pool was under repair. Staff uses loud walkie talkies throughout the property, especially in the early morning in the hallways.

Summary: My stay was great and I highly recommend this hotel. The room was modern, clean and quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The location is very convenient and close to shopping, restaurants and exploring St. Charles and Geneva. There is ample parking and a good breakfast. The staff was very polite and accommodating. The lobby area is spacious and has room for people to visit.

Summary: All nice for a 1 night stay. Little loud outside in parking lot at 10 pm. Settled down. Continental breakfast is marginal, but not unexpected. Most hotel chains have reduced that quality level for food since covid

Summary: Was there at check in time of 3pm, had to wait till almost 4pm to get in the room, making us late for family event. Room was billed as a suite, but was super small.we needed to use the pull out sofa, but you had to climb over the sofa bed to get to the bathroom. Cracked tiles in bathroom and not enough towels washcloths for 3. Pillows were small and flimsy. No abily to charge via ethernet cable, like other hotels have had available for years. Pool was being repaired but they did not say anything about no pool till my 14yr old grandson went looking for it. Breakfast buffet was very limited. Will not be going back.
