Positive: Breakfast was satisfactory. Mattress was outstanding! Staff was friendly, helpful, and professional.

Negative: Bath towels were completely unsatisfactory. Terribly rough, scratchy, and non-absorbent. Seriously, like sandpaper.

Summary: Love the stay....but please, do something about the towels!

Negative: GLENDA. She was not overtly rude, but she wasn't in the least accommodating. Customers need to feel employees want to help. I had requested early check-in weeks ago & called again Sat am to confirm. Apparently the cleaning staff doesn't start until 10am on Saturday. And cannot get one room cleaned by noon. I don't believe that. I bet your cleaning staff could get alot done in two hours. What I do believe is that Glenda didn't want to go out of her way to make that happen. Or she didn't know how.

Negative: The hot tub was cemented up but it is listed as still there on the websites 😔 the pool was nice and warm though so that made up for it some what!
