Positive: Amazing early 1900s property with stunning garden. Hosts make sure you feel at home and rooms are very elegant and comfortable. Best breakfast we had on our driving trip so far. Close to Warkworth village pubs and restaurants, lake walk and castle. Highly recommend for short or longer stay in Northumberland coast.

Positive: I booked Fairfield House for my dad and his partner who are in their 80s and they had a lovely stay. My dad said it was the best guest house he had ever been to and that, in terms of comfort, it felt more like a hotel. He particularly appreciated Mandy's warm welcome, attention to detail and kind hospitality and how beautiful the property was.
