Summary: The staff were lovely and welcoming, and the location was perfect for our needs, but the hotel is tired and in need of soft renovations. Our room was absolutely massive and comfortable enough! We didn’t make use of any of the restaurant facilities or amenities, so cannot comment on them.

Summary: Shower in room suddenly ran cold in middle of shower, then ran warm then cold again. Something very wrong! Given room it was an expensive hotel. It was however a great breakfast!

Summary: Was a lovely stay. Stayed overnight while we attended a wedding near by. The staff werw very friendly and professional. Breakfast was delicious and great choice. Would stay again and would recommend.

Summary: Really enjoyed the pool and steam/sauna in the leisure centre. Lovely location and nice rooms. Staff were polite and helpful. Really wonderful interior and setting. Well placed dining area or beautiful sunsets and beachfront views.

Summary: Had a lovely stay. Breakfast staff were attentive and very friendly. Breakfast was cooked to order and arrived quickly.The leisure suite is a bit tired (jacuzzi was out of action, and looked like it had been for a while) however, this did not detract from the overall relaxed vibe of a charming old hotel. We would stay again.

Summary: Executive double room was spacious and well appointed. Issue with inadequate heating so had to ask for additional portable heater. The jacuzzi is out of service and looks grotty. The pool walls can do with a proper clean at the water level. The pool was a tad too cool. The food was excellent. Really good dining experience.

Summary: Family room was in an outside courtyard that was also used for storage, so not very pretty area. Room was very cold at night and told that heating was on a timer. Got an oil filled heater which didnt make much impact. Room was clean enough but dark due to its kocation. Radiators were on in the morning !!!!. Staff very pleasant, breakfast was excellent served in a nice room overlooking the seafront.
