Summary: When we arrived There was only one person at the front desk handling several guests at the same time. During my check-in, the receptionist was assisting other guests simultaneously, without any apology, and I had to wait for her to return to complete my check-in. The room itself was acceptable. When we asked about a room with a city view, we were told that all rooms have the same view. Seeing women working extremely hard at the construction site and children running among wires and cement made the view uncomfortable, which is why the curtains remained closed throughout our stay. The biggest issue was the bathroom. Even after a very short shower, the entire bathroom would flood because the water did not drain properly. As a result, if another person needed to use the toilet, they had to do so while standing in pooled water. On a positive note, the breakfast and the service during breakfast deserve a rating of 5/5.

Summary: Rooms are comfortable and he daily cleaning impeccable. The staff is very attentive and nice making this a more personal experience than typical. The only small downside was the bar/club a few streets over that played loud music late into the evening. It was not an issue for us though and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Summary: Location, cleanliness and breakfast were good. The rooms lack sound proofing and we had a hard time sleeping on 1 of the two nights we stayed here. Also, the gym was basically a checkbox and nothing more.
