Summary: They took care of everything with the stolen identity or the hotels.com error. They said they gave us an upgraded room which they did and 5000 BonVoy points to my account.

Summary: The front desk people were very nice took care of us. The only issue that I had was when we got in our room and went in the bathroom. There were dirty linens hanging behind the bathroom door, so obviously the housekeepers did not check very well and that leads me to think they didn’t clean very well either

Summary: Great stay overall. My husband said the bed was lumpy, son said the bed was soft. I was comfortable. Everything was clean, breakfast was good except the eggs were bland. Service was great.

Summary: This hotel was great and the service was outstanding! If you are looking for a new hotel with great service, this is the place to be. I highly recommend this hotel, especially after the disastrous stay that led me here from the Sonesta Simply Suites.

Summary: I chose this hotel because of it's proximity to a concert venue (Utah First Credit Union), which was my main guiding factor in choosing a space. This was great, whether that's what you're in SLC for or not! Bed was comfy, pool was nice, ample parking and food options around the space. For me, this was an "I just need somewhere to crash" choice, but I wished that I had gotten more time to enjoy because the space was lovely! Would recommend.
