Summary: We were just slightly disappointed in that our toilet was a little dirty at arrival and the sofa bed where someone's head should lay was not even with the rest of the bed. All in all, for the money, it was decent. We didn't arrive until hours after check in, and I feel that the toilet should have been clean completely. The sofa bed needs to be replaced. The pool and water slides were an amazing perk, our kids loved it.

Summary: This is one of the nicer Fairfield Inns we have stayed at. Unfortunately they do not offer dairy free options for breakfast, apparently adding milk or milk powder to the eggs and or sausage. The staff told my husband he could have a muffin or oatmeal for breakfast. Doesn't work if you prefer to eat protein for breakfast, so we had to find a breakfast restaurant and forego the included breakfast.

Summary: not impressed. The air conditioner didn’t work and they plugged in a small swamp cooler that didn’t get our room below 74 degrees.

Summary: The air was not working in one of our rooms. It was 78 degrees and stuffy. They said they didn’t know but there was a swamp cooler that the maintenance guy replaced the ice packs at 11pm so the room would have some air flow. The evening staff and morning staff were not on the same page.

Summary: Everything was good except no AC! We were so hot the entire night and it just kept getting hotter as the night went on. They had a fan in here which helped somewhat but we called to have someone come look at it and no one ever came.

Summary: We were on a cross country trip with our grandchildren and this was a one night stay between Cody. WY and Leavenworth, WA. Let restate this was the BEST one night stay of the whole 2 week trip. The grands loved the waterpark slides and pool. A big highlight. Thank you Marriott!
