Positive: I stayed in Marriot Indore with my parents & young daughter a month ago and I still recall the warm hospitality showered on us by their wonderful team. I loved the spacious reception and the lovely room. Food was nice - the spread was a bit small compared to other properties I have stayed at. I had higher expectations because of the incredible hospitality but I rather have nice food & excellent staff service than vice-versa. The chef was happy to cater to my daughter's specific food requirements. I want to thank the lovely restaurant team that made our stay wonderful - Khushi, Sanjana, Abhishek, Anurag and chef Jitendra (I ensured to take down their names because they were very helpful!)

Negative: One of our rooms had a musty odour - it was bearable for one night. Staff came to check but there seemed to be an issue with the AC ducting of our room. However, the other room was perfectly odour-free. The food (dinner & breakfast) had certain limited options. I would have liked a larger spread. These 2 are the only reasons I'd give this a 8/10 (very good) instead of a 9/10 (superb)

Positive: Our overall experience was excellent. We stayed for two nights and booked two rooms for our family, which suited our needs perfectly. The complimentary breakfast was impressive, offering a wide variety of options to start the day. The hotel provided great value for money. The staff were incredibly friendly, always ready to assist and provide everything we needed. Their service was top-notch, making our stay even more enjoyable !

Positive: Amazing service especially the restaurant staff- Anurag and Abhay. They went out of the way to recommend good food. On reception, Sahil was good as he would engage with my Aging father making him feel comfortable The guy who checked us in is full of attitude and needs training on customer experience
