Positive: The cottage was spacious and wild life incredible. We enjoyed our stay

Negative: Wheelchair accessibility is very limited and requires able bodied support to navigate movement throughout the ground floor including movement through pea gravel, steps and changes in floor heights, doors are not able to be opened independently from wheelchair. needs ramps, grab handles, fold down shower seat and hand held shower at a minimum There was a leak from upstairs in the dining room shown in the photos

Positive: Everything, the country feels, the facilities itself were wonderful, the kids loved the pool, we got to do a museum tour, the guide was awesome, we looked around all the area, there was no television which is awesome, ment we had to stepboutside the comfort zone of home.

Negative: Our stove never worked which was weird coz it look newish and there was very little signal to make calls to family haha

Positive: Beautiful and scenic area, lovely historic features. Great we were able to cook ourselves breakfast, large fridge, large room and the hot water in bathroom excellent

Negative: No TV, not great phone reception, not able to connect to WiFi in the cottage, no salt or pepper in room, the room needs a bit of freshening up/maintenance

Positive: What a magnificent place! Nestled in amongst tall gums and rolling hills, Fairbridge Village offered a retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, whilst still being only a short drive from the busy city of Mandurah. I stayed in a self contained unit in one of the historic buildings on site. It was large and well equipped, with a spacious bathroom and kitchen facilities. Sitting out on the verandah watching the sunset or walking the large grounds was relaxing and very peaceful. I loved the large swimming pool and multitude of walking tracks. There was also a cafe on site and large sporting ovals, catering for everyone. Taking part in PADU (Plein Air Down Under in Mandurah) I found it was the perfect place - still close enough to Mandurah to attend events but a little peaceful haven to retreat to in the evening. Seeing that there are also bigger houses to rent, I will definitely keep the place on top of my list for trips away with larger groups of friends or family. The perfect place, I would love to come back!
