Positive: Easy & professional desk clerk check in.He even gave upgrade of room for the asking.Queen to king bed.Easy on off highway for our one nt stay.Clean and very comfortable, wit microwave & fridge.

Positive: It was clean and friendly staff.

Negative: It had a few maintenance problems. The room refrigerator was noisy, the A/C unit kept turning on and off, and we had to contact hotel maintenance to open our stuck bathtub drain stopper. I feel these items should have been addressed before our stay.

Summary: We would stay there again, but would be very open to looking at other local properties that are available at that time.

Positive: Breakfast was fine, grandson was happy, son & husband were happy with it. I'd had take out pizza the night before, not very hungry. It looked very good.

Negative: Circumstances that required us to stay overnight in Dillon. This was not the hotel's fault, just bad luck. We had planned to make it to Idaho Falls but had car trouble. Husband drove flatbed with functioning vehicle from Billings for us to use for the rest of our trip. The next morning, we got the good vehicle off the flatbed, loaded it, and continued with our travels. My husband ferried the broken vehicle back to Billings. If the belt had broken while we were on the road, we would have likely been stranded with no cell service somewhere remote in SW MT or on Monida Pass.

Summary: Strange but rescued start to float trip. Memorable.

Positive: We liked that my son and his friend did not have to share a bed because there was a room with bunk beds. We also liked that it had a pool and a delicious breakfast!

Negative: That there wasn’t an elevator. Our room was on the second floor and we had to pull our luggage up the flight of stairs. Our room was also right at the top of the stairs and we heard people outside our room early in the morning.

Summary: It was a pleasant place with kind service!

Positive: The staff was more than accommodating. My husband managed to break his arm and some ribs on vacation. We had reserved a king bed, but we needed to switch to two queen beds. Not only were they able to make that change, they also put us on the first floor and near the door so I could bring in luggage, and my husband didn't have to walk much. They also provided extra pillows, plastic bags to make ice packs. They were wonderful.
