Positive: Good location. We picked this place because the backyard faces a lake to the north. We were hoping to see the aurora borealis and we did! Very clean and spacious. Full size washer and dryer. More amenities (such as hair conditioner, body wash, spices) were provided than what is listed. Great communication with the guest contact (never saw or talked to the property owners).

Negative: Although well stocked, the kitchen knives, cooking and eating utensils are the cheapest possible. Where items are stored in the large kitchen is odd and inconsistent; keep looking and you are likely to find what you need. Outdoor security lights are super bright and stay on much too long. We were there to see the aurora borealis which was visible from the backyard but the security lights really distract from the experience. They could be less bright (or red light) and stay on for less time and still be effective. Property requires you to strip beds, pile used towels, and take trash outside. but charges a $155 cleaning fee and $27/night service charge. Either lower the fees or remove the cleaning work required of guests.

Summary: Mostly better than anticipated but don't expect to really cook in the kitchen.

Positive: We liked the location because it’s close to the airport, downtown, Creamer’s Field, restaurants and groceries with a car. We stayed at the lower level of the house. It had three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, large kitchen, dining room and living room. It’s great for family or group vacationing. There’s a lake behind the house, backyard was beautiful.

Negative: We had a great time staying there, just two suggestions. 1. Add more hooks or bars for hanging towels and clothing in the bathrooms. 2. We had to clean, dry and put away dishes before we left. It was a little rushed. I know some rental places let people start dishwashing right before they leave. It would be nice to have that rule.

Summary: Extremely clean rental house. Responsive owner with open communication! I highly recommend!

Negative: Limited TV, basically just free internet TV programming. No business channels.
