Our sunny beautiful home, sleeps 5, is peaceful and quiet yet 1 block from shopping and restaurants in fabulous West Highlands, one of Denver's best-loved friendly urban neighborhoods. Walk to local bakeries, cafes, boutiques, great food, drinks, shopping. And the best Sunday Farmers Market right on 32nd Ave. Leave your car at home! You'll also be a 10 minute drive to most that Denver has to offer: Downtown, Coors Field, Ball Arena, RiNo Arts District. Comfortably sleeps 5 with a King bed, Queen bed and twin bed.
Walk in and settle into the lovely open and inviting main level featuring a comfortable oversized L-shape sofa, Roku tv, and sitting area. Next you'll find an open dining room with a wall mounted Roku tv, and a full kitchen with all the equipment you need to cook. Past the kitchen, is a sunny large office/yoga/lounge space and a separate large private 1st floor bedroom with a queen bed. The full bathroom has an original claw foot tub! Up the stairs is a private large 2nd story with a king-bed bedroom; a separate sitting area with a bed that sleeps one more; and another full bathroom and laundry. Enjoy your stay at our beautiful 1700 sq ft 2 story cottage!

Summary: We had a great week staying in this house. The location was perfect, with shops and restaurants and coffee just down the street, as well as close and convenient to our Denver family. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood, but walking distance to everything. The furniture was comfortable, as were the beds, and the kitchen was well-stocked. It was easy to make several Thanksgiving dishes to take to our son's home. The home was very easy to live in and nicely decorated. Our son was able to work from "home" while there, closed off from the rest of the house in the downstairs bedroom, which has a desk in it. The owners were quickly responsive any time we had a question. We would definitely stay here again, and recommend it to anyone who is traveling to Denver!

Summary: The home was exactly as it was listed. Location was perfect, noise was minimal to none, cleanliness was immaculate, and the warmth of the home shone through in the little touches of artwork and simplistic decorations. All the tools were available for cooking and enjoying time with friends inside OR outside on the patio.

Summary: This property was charming, clean, thoughtfully stocked and in a wonderful neighborhood for walking. Our kids enjoyed the playground across the street and we loved walking/strolling to the farmers market, meals, shopping etc. Super close to the Aquarium, which was also fun!

Summary: The location, cleanliness, everything was top notch. Owners were incredibly quick to answer any questions. We loved the backyard and all of the space we had in the home. And, wow, incredibly decorated! Located in a very quiet neighborhood, in close proximity to so many fun places. Can’t wait to stay again!

Summary: We recently spent a long weekend in Denver with friends. I felt lucky to have found such a wonderful home in such a short amount of time. The hosts were so kind and communicated promptly, check - in process was very easy, the pictures presented on line were the same, and the neighborhood was lively and quaint. I would definitely recommend staying at this lovely home!

Summary: Family was looking for a last minute trip back to our hometown and Sue and Joe’s house did not disappoint. Perfect size for our family and well equipped to host some friends for dinner. Quiet neighborhood and only a few blocks from great coffee, food, and shopping.

Summary: My husband & I found ourselves having to be in Denver for 5 nights in a row. We did not want to drive back and forth to Colo Spgs each night. A VRBO was the answer. This property was 10 minutes away from the Ball Arena where the Avalanche Hockey Team played 3 of those 5 nights. 10 minutes versus the hour and a half we usually drive! When walking into this home, it felt like “HOME”! So amazingly well done and all the comforts of home. The check-in process as well as the check-out process was so easy. The owners were super great to work with. Not to mention the area!!! So many fun places on the Main Street within walking distance. You have to stay here, you won’t be sorry. DJV
