Positive: This isn’t a 5/5 rating hotel due to small issues (one room smelt excess musty, the water jugs didn’t close properly etc) but I couldn’t help myself but give 5/5 because the staff are so nice. I give 5/5 despite not getting early checkin nor late checkout - and I can understand as the hotel is packed! They keep small complimentary basket of snacks. The AC works superb. Hot water always comes. Bathroom and toiletries and towels and beds etc are fine for the price. The breakfast although predictable is good and we enjoyed thin hot jalebis daily. But above all it’s the smiling and adjusting staff they make it great place to stay. After checkout we had time to kill but reception lobby was packed with people so the reception asked us to sit in restaurant and switched on the AC. Small thing, but we loved it. Location is best. Walking to chappan dukaan famous, short ride away from Sarafa night Market and right next to Treasure Island mall. Railway station is just 3 .5km away. There is a nice Nehru park also closeby. Indore is neat clean so everyday we did morning walk around. We had good stay thanks to reception staff Dharmendra & Rajesh and other staff. God bless them.
