Positive: Fabeno Villa is such a beautiful , comfortable, incredibly clean and peaceful place . If you’re looking for a COMPLETELY RELAXING HOLIDAY , with everything you could possibly need , great food and genuinely kind and WELCOMING PEOPLE , I recommend it 1000% . If your idea of a perfect holiday is simply lying back , relaxing and listening to nothing but the sound of the waves , this is the perfect place .

Positive: First trip to Albania and, because of Fabeno Villa, it will not be my last! Being a solo female traveler, I was looking for comfort, safety, and ease of access to the sea so I could swim, and Fabeno Villa exceeded my expectations. So much so, I extended my stay! It is a family-run place and they go above and beyond to make sure their guests are truly cared for. —The rooms are comfortable, quiet, and modern. —The food was fantastic. Every day was a different breakfast and the nighttime meals were simply delightful (there is nothing better than a mother’s home cooking!) —Having the sea just 10 steps from the Villa was such a treat. It was comfortably warm (no cold shock when you enter); calm in the mornings and wavy in the afternoon. Without hesitation, I recommend staying at Fabeno Villa and I will be back!
Negative: There is nothing I would change about Fabeno Villa. It is perfect.

Positive: A lovely small family run hotel that is very clean and in a beautiful location. The staff couldn't help you enough. I absolutely loved my stay here.

Positive: Wonderful location by the beach and a 1km walk to the port / town centre. The staff are very welcoming and kind. The room was immaculately clean with a spacious balcony. Thank you for having us!
Negative: We did not have any complaints. It is a bit far from the Saranda town if mobility is an issue or you have a lot of luggage, but it can be walked and it is worthwhile for the peace and quiet just out of the city centre.

Positive: Lovely stay at Fabeno! Good breakfast and welcoming hosts. The villa is located a short drive from the city and the stores. Parking was easy to find. Our room was modern and clean.
