Summary: Very clean and modern. Friendly and helpful staff. The room is nice, but in the summer it's hot and uncomfortable because they don't have air conditioning or even a fan. You have to open the door to the balcony for air, but you will get all the noise from the street, plus thr cigar smoke from all your neighbors, and people smoke a lot there. Also, the room has no refrigerator, no microwave. The price paid was fair for what you get. No free breakfast.

Summary: Very effiiciently run business hotel. The out of hours check in system is great. Reception desk very welcoming and professional. The building is nice and new, the breakfast delicious. A great hotel with good public transport connections right outside.

Summary: This was a nice hotel, clean and tidy with helpful staff. The location was quiet with buses just outside the hotel for central Munich. The room I had was clean and tidy with a view of the small square. The breakfast was a nice buffet. There was little parking at the hotel. I would stay here again and there was a good 30 minute walk to a nice park.
