Negative: The room did not have a key and was left unlocked in our absence. The tv and air conditionerwas not working and toilet paper was not replace and only had 1 toilet.

Negative: When we got there the booking was incorrect. At checkin they mentioned that Booking.com had not sent through the correct details. I have heard from hosts of other establishments that Booking.com does not always send through all the correct booking details.

Positive: If you really want a serene environment, so peaceful, home-like feeling, away from noise just to be by yourself..... ezulwini guest house should be your top priority. Stayed for 3nights and men the place is the bomb. Right from the proprietor, Madam Faith herself, all the way to her staff, they exemplify professionalism and you wouldn't lack whatever it is you desire. They are at your beck and call to ensure that you get everything you want. Breakfast is prepared on order, at 150rand. The place is close to the us embassy, but it takes 6-8min or less by car, and 30-40min on foot. There's a mall nearby, within 5-6min drive that has everything you need. The structure is amazing....but the people there make it feel like home!!!!

Negative: I would recommend carrying a mi-fi since the WiFi is present of course, though buffers quite a lot . Especially in the room i was. Aside from that, everything is rated exemplary!

Positive: I wish I could have record more than words .. the staff she was extra great and I can tell you from arrival to check out . the owners were so sweet and very helpful I would have say a lot but deep down I can tell a book about this place
