Positive: Good facilities with a comfortable stay and the staff helped male the stay free of any problems. We were happy with recommendations for local food.

Negative: No problems identified from our stay. Would stay again when visiting Sri Lanka.

Positive: I stayed here for 2 nights and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent - surrounded by plenty of great cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, which made things super convenient. The management was outstanding: very friendly, helpful, and responsive. They provided me with local recommendations, were understanding and accommodating, and made the stay feel very comfortable. The apartment itself had everything I needed - well-equipped with all the amenities I could ask for. Even though I was only here briefly before starting my trip around Sri Lanka, I felt right at home. I’ll definitely be back in Colombo and won’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Positive: The location is fine. It's a relatively new building. Clean.

Negative: Adequate amenities for an apartment for this price is lacking. No cleaning services despite USD 20 charged but later the owner waived it off. Thanks to her! The rooms don't have wardrobe. Just a bed. Kitchen doesn't have a cooker n on request owner didn't agree to provide one. But later, after almost 6 days, she provided one. Should at least have a cooker imo..since families or groups rent these apartments for days n sometimes for weeks..the water pressure in toilets is v low. Hardly able to take a good shower. The building don't have digital or automatic lock system at gate. And no security personnel and hence guests need to come down everytime to open gate for visitors. Despite these small things, overall, it's ok. Just a little bit of attention to guests' needs will do great for this property. The owner is very friendly and I think she will do great! The Manager also is helpful and friendly and willing to assist.
