Positive: The guy was sooooooooooo accommodating as he greeted me late at night as my arrival was past 10pm, I was just gutted that I couldn't eat at the pub as I have stayed before and the food is exceptional. Really good staff very helpful and the room was spot on for me, really clean, comfy, fresh milk for a brew, biscuits. As someone who works away from home on occasions it was really good.

Summary: Superb accommodation, helpful staff, I'd stay there again without a second thought & thank you

Positive: It’s impossible to single out any particular staff member because they are all exceptional. This is an example of team. Together everyone achieves more. Including and most importantly us, the customer. Every detail for the traveler is catered for. Food is bang on. Great stay thank you.

Positive: Nice single room spotlessly clean Excellent evening meal in bar. Good atmosphere and very friendly staff.

Negative: Wasn’t aware that no breakfast is provided! Hadn’t occurred to me to ask. Staff shortage seems to be the problem and that’s understandable. Could be addressed by leaving cereal, yoghurt and OJ in fridge so guests could make themselves something. Also Wi-Fi was available but no password supplied so could not use.

Summary: Very good but a couple of problems that could easily have been addressed would have made it excellent!
