Positive: Nice place great food,

Negative: I booked room on booking late night and booking app automatically changed the date to the next day it was en error. I spoke to staff and the girls nails were so long she refused to go on the computer and adjust the date although the room was paid for already. I asked for refund and sonce it was booked en error and staff refused to adjust the issue. I was contacted by management stating they will refuse to give the credit. This made them seem thirsty for business and unwilling to work with a customers if such mistakes were to happen. I WOULD ENCOURAGE OTHERS TO JUST STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE FOR THAT REASON. People make simple mistakes and its a part if life and if you own a business you should not be in the business of having to rob your customers who make a mistake. I was forced to sleep in the car with my grandkids due to rep refusing to help correct the issue.

Negative: It is right next to the highway so it’s noisy.
