Summary: We have been traveling for business for 30 years. This ESA is the nicest property that we have stayed at for a long time. This will be a repeat stay!

Summary: One word, filthy. The floor in the room had not been mopped. I used a room towel to mop the floor and it came up black from dirt. The cabinet in the room kitchen was full of food left over (and rotting) from the last guest. But maybe the worst was that the backdoor was propped open with stick so that anyone could access the hotel unnoticed without a room key! Terrible for security.

Summary: Not bad! For the price this is a good option if you are in the area. Obviously it’s a budget motel so you know what you’re getting into, but it was quiet, relatively clean, and no bed bugs- that’s all I care about in a motel. 7.5/10

Summary: Staff was very pleasant and over all cost was fantastic. Bed was comfortable. Coffee at front desk was also good. However, hotel itself was very outdated and in need of help. Rooms were damp (everything felt wet), carpet was dirty (left dirt on your feet), furniture dated and scratched. Alarm clock woke me up at midnight. Ladies be forewarned but no hairdryer in rooms. Luckily front desk had one for me. Guess you get what you pay for… overall ok place to sleep on a long road trip. Again, staff was pleasant.

Summary: There were no plates, silverware, cups, coffee maker, pots & pans, utensils. For an extended stay hotel with a full kitchen, the kitchen is useless without those items. Otherwise, it was fine

Summary: I was in town to help my daughter move out of her dorm. It was too late for me to drive home when we finished. I live 5 hours away. I pulled up Hotels.com and, within 15 minutes, I made my reservation, drove to the hotel and was registered as a guest by a very personable night auditor. To answer your question about cleanliness, I was pleased by the condition of the room. I’m a former road warrior with many hotel stays all across the country under my belt and it became apparent during the walk to my room that this hotel had some years on it and was formerly tolerant of smoking. This is not a knock on the facility. To the contrary, I know how hard it is to get that smell out of the walls, drapes, carpets and bedding. They’ve done a good job. Also, I was VERY pleased with the condition of the bathroom. After all the years of travel, I have my own check-in routine that I perform. Y’all passed. Thank you. BTW, I’ve rarely written a review before this (or, none that I remember), using words other than “good job” or “unsatisfactory.” Good Job!
