Summary: Tjere was noone in the office from 10pm-10am. Online in tjhe deacription for this hotel it said they offer grab amd go breakfast, that was nonexistent. Our room for the most part was clean, only had 2 towels and 3 ppl, there was 1/2 a tomato left in the refrigerator from previous person who stayed. There was no way to talk.to aomeone or checkout before the sign said 10am. There was alot.of noise outside from.ppl pulling in the parking spaces right outside our room, they would leave with someone that pulled up then return 15-20 minutes later get on their loud motorcycle and leave. I dont believe these were guest of the hotel.

Summary: Arrived past the normal check-in time and reception window had a steel shutter "New York style". Eventually someone came to attend the half dozen people waiting. The employee was courteous. The only thing odd is that he was wearing latex gloves. Upon entering the room, there was a smell. The beds were elevated on a steel frame with no box spring. I found two small cockroaches in the bathroom and evidence that mice had been inside the kitchen drawers. Overnight, there was some sketchy activity. Cars would come by to the back of the hotel, honk the horn three times and someone would go out through the back door to the car, then come back inside. This took place multiple times. We decided to leave the hotel the next morning. While waiting for the Uber outside, there were multiple people that appeared to have mental health issues or drug abuse roaming by the door with a hotel key. As we were leaving the property, the large dumpster in the parking lot was open with trash all over the floor as a couple of people were rummaging through it. All in all, not a pleasant experience.

Summary: There seemed to be a swarm of stink bugs around and in the building, but that was the only bug in sight. Lots of sweet puppies roaming around with their humans on leashes and great staff. Looking for a place to stay in the KC area with a view of the stadiums without breaking your wallet, this is it.
