Summary: It was a disappointing place to stay, we were expecting more. Everything is old, smelly and humid. We didn’t like it. The only good thing is that is near to any concert at UTEP Sunbowl Stadium.

Summary: I booked the hotel because of its great location next to the Franklin mountains, and thought that I was going to have a night with wonderful view. The view was OK, I guess, but the condition of the hotel was terrible. The carpets are DIRTY, have not been shampooed for ages, the room is crawling with small cockroaches, water leaked from the bathroom faucet, and so on. With the a little bit of maintenance this place could have been a very nice hotel, for the furniture was still good, the view wonderful, and the curtains were nice once. Terrible lack of cleanliness. The rooms also need a hot water kettle, so that the guests could make tea for themselves in the morning.
