Summary: I lived in NOLA for work a few years back. This location was in my old neighborhood, great location and acessible to everything! We drove from Houston and was able to safely park (you must pay for parking), the streecar is just 2 blocks away and you can walk to the conventuon center and Canal St..if you want. Clean and modern.Only compliant...owner should wash the bathroom rug after each rental.

Summary: It was a great stay. Even though a firebox made some noises the owner was quick to reapond and get someone there to fix it. House was comfortable and accomadated all 6 of us. We were able to walk to most things we wanted to do so that was a huge win! We would definitely consider staying here again!

Summary: Awesome property. Really enjoyed the neighborhood as well. It was nice and quiet. 2 full bathrooms was perfect for our group of 5. Great access to the central business district and WWII museum. Thank you.

Summary: Very safe and convenient location blocks from popular restaurants like Cochon and Peche, and just a short walk to the French Quarter. We were in NOLA for a conference, so we also chose the place to be close to the Convention Center. Very cute aesthetic and nice bathrooms. The only negative was that the mattresses were not very comfortable. Be aware that all 4 beds are in the same room, we moved one out to the common area and someone slept on the couch as well.

Summary: Our family loved this beautiful flat! There were lots of options for sleeping, the kitchen was well stocked and easy to use, the washing machine was a nice extra, and the bathrooms were lovely...stocked with everything we needed. The location was great. We walked several places and would have walked more, but it was so hot. The flat was so well done, and my adult kids commented several times how much they loved it. I think I could live there! We also enjoyed ZipNOLA and Mardi Gras World. Our favorite places to eat were Heard Dat and Corporation Bar and Grill (which is right down the street). It was a wonderful vacation for our family. Sidenote: There is parking but it is paid parking from 8-6pm, I think it was. There is a parking lot across the street that is $7 a day ( you can come and go), but you have to pay for it at 5am to get that rate. We woke up, paid, went back to sleep and moved the car there at 8am. It worked fine for us.

Summary: Love the location! It was in walking distance to some amazing restaurants and all of the Essence Fest activities. My girls and I had a blast and loved the place. Our only feedback - please get a more secure deadbolt for the front door. It didn’t feel very secure. And a full length mirror for all of the ladies who will inevitably book with you in the future. As for this lady and her gal pals, we’ve bookmarked this location for 2024!
