Summary: We were very disappointed to be charged extra for our kids at check-in. When booking the hotel I entered my 2 kids and their ages. The price I paid for the room should have included all of us as we were all in the reservation. When I checked in they made me pay even more for the kids. I definitely felt cheated. I would have chosen a different hotel for the price I end up paying. Jay was great at breakfast. We liked him and thought he did a great job.

Summary: Overall was fine but the parking lot needed the snow cleared. It hadn't been plowed at all and made the parking lot hard to park. It was hard to sleep because you could hear people running around above us all night.
