Positive: Close to Suceava, remote, clean, specious enough for a family of three. Useful the 2nd bathroom on the ground floor, the olive oil available and the spices.

Negative: A bit more attention to details needs to be paid (only two tea cups available, no brush for the dishes, some of the bath towels were a bit damaged, a panel in the children’s room missing and giving access room electric wires). An unpleasant surprise was the lack of current water in the day we left (8.30-12.00) and one day before in the evening for 1.5 hours. It seems that was an overhaul at the main water supplier…

Summary: Nice place to be with family for a short stay.

Positive: well designed compact house. AC. Small terrace. private parking place.

Negative: Kitchen equipment was very basic. The sofa in the living room wasn’t comfortable. When using water (in the bathroom, wc or kitchen), there’s a noisy pump in the kitchen. Construction is quite new, but you can hear every word from the neighbors.

Summary: first impression fantastic, but the devil is in the details
