Summary: I was confused as to how to get into our room. Omar was quite helpful. I hadn’t stayed at self service hotel, but it actually very simple, once you’ve done it. This accommodation was perfect for our family of 4.

Summary: It was OK. Would I go again, no. For the price the beds weren't very comfortable and bedding OK. It's an old hotel they remodeled. You needed an access code to enter & we hadn't received that & we were 11pm arriving to a locked door & no staff is on the premises. I was able to call their 24/7 line and they were very helpful in getting us an access code to enter.

Summary: Super comfy beds. Lacking in closet and dresser space. Nowhere to stash your bags anywhere in the room style I was in. Which was the family room. Aside from having no batteries in the TV remote. And then a power issue that was remedied at some point throughout the day we had left to go to cedar point.

Summary: I was beyond impressed with the cleanliness of this property! It’s probably the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed. Check in was all remote and the doors had a code to get in, which was so much easier than trying to keep ahold of a key. The beds were super comfortable and the shower was great. Even the toiletries that were provided exceeded my expectations. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay here. The hotel is clean, cozy, and perfectly located just a quick drive from Cedar Point. Our room had everything we needed — a charming vintage fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and plenty of toiletries.The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the whole place felt well taken care of. The staff was kind and quick to help when we asked for more towels.Overall, a great experience. I highly recommend staying here.

Summary: Good location. Close to Cedar Point. We had a problem with the water heater, but they fixed it right away. The family suite with multiple beds was spacious enough for five people. The only complaint is there is no storage and no table to eat on. Hopefully they will add those as they continue to update the property.

Summary: It was refreshing to park in front of our room. 5-6 steps from the car and you are in your room. It makes it easy for unloading and loading your car. The staff is great! Their check-in and check-out is genious! We will be back!!
