Unit 3, Block 4, Lot 2. Point of View is an ocean front offering living at its finest! This classic Sea Ranch home is perched on the bluff trail and enjoys unobstructed sweeping ocean views. Guests can sit back to be immersed in the serenity of the sea and the beauty of Black Point Beach. There are stunning ocean views from all common living areas and a large ocean front, south facing deck.
This updated, dog friendly, 2 story house accommodates up to 3 couples with 3 queen bedrooms and 2 full baths on the main level. Upstairs you will find a bunk loft for kids (max 8 guests). The primary bedroom also has ocean views, an en suite barn door bathroom and French doors to a small ocean front deck. Vaulted cedar ceilings throughout, with a well-appointed kitchen and a cozy wood burning fireplace in the living room. There is no need to worry about your dog in this pet friendly home. The enclosed courtyard with hot tub takes care of that. Garage not available to renters.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location of the house could not have been more perfect for beach trail access or just sitting on the deck watching the crashing waves and incredible sunsets. Common living spaces were generous and well furnished. Lots of sleeping space but the bathrooms (only two) were hugely disappointing. The shower in the second bathroom was only 27" square - impossible for adult useage. Baths need updated now - this is not inexpensive to stay here.

Fabulous amenities with this home, and a view that was just out of this world. We enjoyed the back deck/patio immensely, watching the sun, sky, and sea change as each day unfolded. The final day was capped with a pod of whales that visited the Pacific coast just off Black's Point. We will be back!

Our usual group of 8-9 former workmates (ages 73-80) was reduced to 6 for a variety of reasons. The Point-of-View property was perfect for our group. Location was spectacular and house easily met our needs.
