Ideally located on a 2,000 acre working sheep farm, just a 30-minute drive from the heart of Mudgee and nestled on the flats of Meroo River between rolling hills and rocky ridges, this fully-fenced, newly renovated stay will make you feel right at home.
You'll have exclusive use of the property for the duration of your stay, which offers lots to see and do when you're not out and about exploring the local sights at Mudgee. Forage some fresh herbs, veggies and fruit trees from the seasonal garden and cook up a feast at home – the well-equipped kitchen has everything you need, including an espresso machine, fridge, oven, stove, microwave, and other cooking basics such as pots, pans and utensils.

Summary: Booked this Property for my 50th with a group of Friends. It was a bit of an adventure getting to the Property! Once we found it, the drive down to the house itself was an adventure! It was pouring Rain so that didn't help much, but the road is rough! Your definitely need a 4wd to get down the driveway. Once we arrived at the house though it was perfect! Fireplace which was great as it was cool,everything about the house was perfect. Bedrooms were very cosy. Lots of firewood for the house fire & the outside firepit. Nice veranda on which to sit and eat breakfast looking over the mountains. We went walking to the river. had a great meal outside watching the sun set on the mountains. It was a great stay!

Summary: A beautiful country stay around 30 minutes drive from Mudgee town. Far away enough away from town that you can enjoy the rural surrounds. The farm was magic. The kids loved walking around the property. It was freezing outside but lovely and toasty with the AC and fire. A stay we will remember fondly.

Summary: We enjoyed a 3 night stay here over Easter with friends, the property is perfect for a group of people and has a lot of space so you never feel on top of each other. The kitchen is big and very well equipped with a stocked pantry full of condiments. The house is very clean and cosy, the fire was great and kept us warm at night. All the bedrooms were very comfortable and quiet. The house is a little of the beaten track which we loved and there was lots of land to walk our dogs around. There is plenty of dining space and the lounge area is huge so we always felt as if there was more than enough space for our group to be comfortable. would recommend!!

Summary: This was a great house for a large group, we felt like we were at home. The house was clean and inviting, the drive to the house was very scenic and only took about 20 minutes from Mudgee to get too. All facilities were in working and good order, would definitely stay here again.
