Positive: Breakfast. Hotel design.

Negative: Staff. They are not helpful. Some female staff barely speak English and did not try to understand when we say that there are no shower amenities in the room.

Summary: We got an upgrade to the Suite but its in underground cave with Jagucci. Perhaps its better to het our original Deluxe r

Positive: Great facilities, the rooms were quite nice and well appointed and very comfortable. The vibe/aesthetic is on point and the included breakfast was delicious. Loved the terraced views. Slower pace in Ortahisar is more relaxing than Goreme but still convenient access to area amenities.

Negative: The photo of the pool is a bit misleading, looks much larger/spacious than it actually is - only really offers space for 2 parties (4-5 people). The bed springs were extremely squeaky. Any movement whatsoever would make significant noise. If we didn’t bring a toddler with us, would’ve have been that big of an issue, but when it’s waking up a jet lagged 1-year old it’s a problem.

Summary: Gorgeous getaway with relaxing slow vibe at hotel and town.

Positive: Lots of lovely nooks and corners, courtyards on yhe property to sit an enjoy a coffee

Negative: I booked the deluxe room, it was very small. My 3 other friends had the same category room, theirs were much larger. So all room don't meet std spec it seems. Turkey is famous for its breakfast. I have been to Turkey many a times. Thus was the worst hotel breakfast I have ever had AC cooling was poor
