Negative: Few things like cracked bathroom sink, dirty bath mat, damaged wardrobe just reduced the wow factor of the whole place, but otherwise great and great value for money too

Positive: loved the location and the set up of the condo - its a two floors with the bedrooms on the second floor. The balcony was large and the floor to ceiling windows were amazing. Great shower, great kitchen with everything you could ask for - even coffee and tea! The largest TV I have seen, with a comfy sofa to stretch out on. Was very clean and all the bed linen was fresh. So many towels! Super comfy, great location, friendly host, will 100% stay again and recommend.

Negative: Only slight hiccup was that more info could be provided when taking the bin to the basement - LOL the two buildings are connected so make sure you exit the way you went down! Not a fault of the apartment.

Positive: I love the property because of how well it was presented and it was honestly so beautiful inside with the best views down the river. This property is perfect for sunrises and sunsets. It’s very spacious and looks just like the pictures.

Negative: There is nothing I could mention! I had the best time.

Positive: House was absolutely gorgeous, the view was perfect and had a fantastic location in terms of shops and getting around. Taps were very hot and had great shower facilities.

Negative: This house was absolutely freezing. As beautiful as this apartment was it made the stay uncomfortable and we weren’t able to use the rooms until a whole day in after the heating had warmed up the house (very slow). Even my partner who takes cold showers couldn’t bear this cold! The radiator in the master bedroom was broken and I spent the whole of the first day in my jacket. If you are staying in this house for more than a day or as the months get warmer this house would be faultless. The WiFi also didn’t work for a few hours on the first night however the host was exceptional and helped us right away.

Summary: This house is perfect however be aware if you do not like the cold.

Positive: The apartment itself was beautiful, clean and well kept. The sunset views from the balcony overlooking the Thames were stunning. Loved that the tube, trains and buses were just a few mins away.

Negative: The apartment lacked proper glasses and teacups. What was provided were mostly chipped and mismatched.

Positive: Location. It is fantastic. The penthouse is very spacious and the balcony was great. The views across the Thames from the 20th floor were brilliant. The apartment was very clean. There is a smart cooker and dishwasher and a washing machine. There was a full bath-room for each bedroom.

Negative: The beds were very soft. The bedrooms were cold at night. I did not locate the spare duvet until leaving. The sofa was not comfortable to sit on. I felt under pressure re the early checkout time of 10am to leave the apartment clean as we found it. I would have hoovered but henry the hoover's plug was missing a pin. The cooking utensils could be updated and the chipped cups removed. It was poor form that we had to request deposit refund as we left the apartment as clean as we found it.

Summary: Location fabulous, view across Thames. Property good, minor improvements would make it great.
