Beautiful, modern, executive 4000 sq. ft. home located in the relaxed community of Estrella Mountain Ranch, Goodyear. 5 Bedrooms, 3 full baths that accommodate 10+ guests. Our home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac road just minutes away from the North & South Lake with a professionally landscaped backyard. Kick back in the privacy of your own spa, pool, and outdoor dining oasis. New layout of backyard for extra space!
Our beautiful spacious home is designed for comfort and entertaining. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, a gas stove, and lots of cabinets. The huge granite island boasts plenty of space to host and seat additional guests along with a kitchen table that will seat 8. There is a built-in secretary desk to keep all your events in order.
The great room flows from the kitchen and includes a gas fireplace and mini bar. The mini bar is fully stocked with a sink, mini refrigerator, blender, and glasses. Relax in comfortable leather couches or reclining chairs and enjoy the 75-inch HDTV with DVR, and Bose Sound System. A large sliding glass door opens to expand your outdoor, entertainment.
If you desire a quiet place, there is a large living room with vaulted ceilings adjoining a formal dining room that will seat 10. Cozy couches and chairs allow you to relax with a book or have a great conversation. Oversized windows look to the tranquil backyard. Air conditioning, ceiling fans, and wood blinds throughout the house.
The layout of the house includes 1 queen bedroom downstairs with a full ensuite bathroom. Laundry room with front load washer/dryer and an additional refrigerator if you need extra space for food. There are 4 spacious bedrooms upstairs, The master suite has a king-size bed, 46 inch HDTV with Blue Ray player, and windows with a view. large walk-in closets, shower, tub, toilet, with double sink vanity. This master suite is large enough to sleep your entire family!
Additional bedrooms. 2nd King-size bed with 36-inch HDTV with Blue Ray player. 3rd bedroom queen-size bed. 4th bedroom twin beds, 36 inch HDTV with Blue Ray player, and 2 additional blow-up beds all bedding provided. All bedrooms have large walk-in closets, new Sealy Posturepedic beds, extra blankets, and ceiling fans. A full-size bathroom upstairs has a shower/tub, and a double sink vanity with towels to accommodate all other bedrooms.
If you need extra storage, cabinets are available upstairs along with a built-in double desk where kids can hang out with their computers to play games. WiFi is provided throughout the house. 3-car garage with garage door opener provided.
Our backyard has 3 outdoor living spaces surrounding the spa, pool, and gas fireplace. Your eating experience can be in the sun or shade as our professionally landscaped backyard is terraced with a nature preserve behind us. Stone table for 6 hosts the morning sun or you may prefer the fully covered patio with dining and bistro table to accommodate 6 Relax on four sun chaise lounges and the sound of the waterfall splashing into the pool. Water floats and towels are provided. Full-size barbeque grill, side burner, and prep counter provide space as your family gather around the conversation pit to relax. If its star gazing you prefer, sit around the gas fireplace or relax in the spa.

Summary: This is a very nice home in a beautiful area Southwest of Phoenix. It's spacious and inviting. We had some issues that had nothing to do with the house it's self. Just make sure to remind the host of your arrival the day before so the pool and spa will be ready and be mindful of the neighbors. Always take pics of any issues /damage to the place upon arrival to CYA. The house is amazing though!

Summary: We arrived to find the pool green and full of algae. Contacted the owner immediately and he sent in the pool company right away however it took 3 of the 4 days of our stay for the pool water to be clear. So we basically had no pool for our sun holiday. Owner gave us a partial refund. HOWEVER, we would have rather had a usable pool. The house was ok - good layout and well stocked kitchen. Could use some TLC...broken shelves in kitchen cabinets, furnishings a bit dated. Not sparkling clean. Can't recommend.
