Summary: The room was actually better than expected. Staff was very nice. It’s just an old hotel and that’s why I gave an average rating. One improvement would be fresh towels daily.

Summary: The property was dirty, plaster peeling, the towels were thread bare. The smell was musty. I killed a large bug that darted accross the bed. Although the staff was very nice and friendly, the motel is conveient for my annual trip to the Huston area, my wife and I will not stay at this motel again.
