Positive: Great hotel near to the airport. I was greeted by the reception staff who obviously knew I must have had a difficult journey because of my late arrival. I immediately felt more relaxed.

Positive: The location is great. The apartment accomodation is very good and comfortable, the kitchen is very usable. It is a nice foyer and the staff were pleasant. The airport transfer was reliable.

Negative: The balcony was dirty and the kitchen is short of crockery/utensils. Generally the apartment is a little tired. We did experience the water coming from above balconies both visually and physically. The swimming pool is out of commission.

Summary: It was out most expensive night in Canada and it fell a little short but still could be excellent.

Positive: Location is good. Room was very clean and nice. Staff were very helpful. Specially Sonia and Daniela were best at the front desk. I am also in customer facing role and I can see both of them progressing in their field due to their ability to make customer feel comfortable.

Positive: I like how close it is to the downtown core. Also that they offer a shuttle bus.

Negative: My particular room was noisy. I usually don’t like to stay on the ground floor because it’s darker and noisier. I was close to the parking lot and could hear people talking quite late and cars going by regularly. There was also a noise that sounded like the elevator(I also hate being near an elevator as they are naturally noisy, especially in an older building). The actual elevator noise wasn’t too bad, there was another noise that sounded like the elevator was going to move but didn’t. That happened every 10 minutes ALL night. When you arrive from a long flight, you already suffer from jet lag and need a quiet place to rest. I will book at this hotel again because of the location but will request a higher floor room and not hear the elevator.

Summary: Decent stay…too expensive for the location of my room.
