Summary: The house was very spacious & modern. Its located on a channel so mostly quiet with beautiful trees. The inground pool was a big hit. We rented a pontoon for the week which enabled us to enjoy Lake Wawasee & view the fabulous fireworks.

Summary: This house was a perfect environment for our family vacation including our kids and grandkids. Living spaces were large, kitchen was well stocked with any kind of pot/pan/baking sheets/crock pots you could ever need for my large crew. The bedrooms were large. Outdoor spaces, including the pool, were great! We never felt like we were on top of each other. We rented a pontoon boat that we could park right next to the house, so between the pool and boating we all had a great time! Definitely would go back here!

Summary: I could write a book on how great this home is, but let me make it simple. This home provides you with everything you need to have a fun filled relaxing, family vacation and if they don’t provide it you don’t need it. Excellent owners with great communication skills. Don’t think twice about renting this home because it will be gone.

Summary: My family and I had the best time at this property, it’s a great size and so clean! We rented a boat and it was such easy access with the property being on the canal. We would definitely say here again in the future! Brian, the owner, also checked in to see if anything was needed during our trip! 10/10!

Summary: This place was the perfect lakehouse getaway for our multigenerational group! Communication with Brian before and during our trip was no problem. Check in process easy and the house had all the amenities we needed. Cooked many meals in the large kitchen that had everything we needed. Pool, backyard, and easy access to Lake Wawasee kept us busy. Bedrooms all had comfy beds and tvs to end our fun-filled days. Can’t wait to return!

Summary: With 6 adults, one 5 year old, two toddlers and one infant, we had plenty of space and enjoyed hours in the pool! We also docked our boat right outside the house and was able to park the boat trailer in the driveway. The house is beautiful, clean, well stocked, and has numerous sitting areas with TVs. The home office and extra large washer and dryer are also a plus. We enjoyed cooking on the outdoor smoker grill! The owner, Brian, was very helpful and promptly answered any question we had. We highly recommend a getaway in this wonderful home on Lake Wauwasee, IN.

Summary: The house had everything you could need and then some. With 3 families and young grandchildren they especially loved the pool it was the perfect depth for the little ones. And beach towels were provided and when they needed washing they have laundry room with detergent. It makes it nice not to have to pack so much. The kitchen was so well stocked everything you could possibly need to cook and serve with. Sitting on the deck by the pool was so enjoyable watching all the boats slowing going up and down the channel. The older boys enjoyed fishing there. Also was so easy to book and communicate with the representative he was so helpful and would answer within minutes of messages really appreciated him. Great trip !
