This newly remodeled home is conveniently located to everything Little Rock has to offer. All bedrooms are large and equipped with luxury linens and high-end mattresses while the common areas are spacious and offer multiple options for meeting spaces. The home is equipped with enough beds to support traveling sports teams or large corporate groups and is an outstanding option for family reunions or other special functions. Two master suites are located on the 2nd level, each with its own large soaking bathtub and separate oversized shower. The lower level offers sleeping accommodations for five with additional living space or an area for entertaining. There is more than just basic cookware, utensils, and serving ware. You will have everything you need and more. The home is situated on a one-acre lot with an inground swimming pool and a separate deck for outdoor entertaining. We do everything we can to have the pool will be open between Memorial Day and Labor Day pending any unforeseen circumstances. The large circular driveway offers plenty of parking and ease of maneuverability for large vehicles.
The property is equipped with motion activated security cameras at the front and back of the home. The back camera has a distant view of the pool area. (Note: These cameras are not actively monitored, however the footage may periodically be reviewed to ensure the safety and well-being of guests, or if any issues arise during your stay.) We ask that all guests keep noise to a minimum both inside and outside the home. If you are enjoying the outside or deck area, please be aware of your volume. Quiet hours should be observed after 9:00 pm on weeknights and 10:00 pm on weekends. Violations of this policy may result in fines and excessive or consecutive violations will result in an immediate ending of the reservation with no refund to the guest.

Summary: The house was very spacious for our family and friends of 8 adults. We were very comfortable and we had plenty of rooms and bathrooms. The house was very clean. It had plenty of towels and the kitchen had the supplies we needed. Check in was easy. Definitely would rent this house again!

Summary: Lots of bedrooms with lots of space. Lot is huge and so there's some space between neighbors. Area is not great for walking outside but that's pretty common as there are few sidewalks in the area. Owners were very responsive when we had a hiccup and everything went really well.

Summary: We loved getting to stay together for the conference we attended and the location couldn't have been better! Big house with lots of thoughtful things for those who use it. Dang it, I hate to have anything negative to say because I believe we were welcomed and treated extremely well and we loved our stay. BUT... from the site listing and pictures, it was incredibly hard to figure out the layout of the house. It's definitely an odd floor plan. My group was a church group in for a conference. We had two married couples and each of them had a teenaged daughter. Two additional men flying solo and four women also solo. Trying to figure out who went in what room was a little tough and the location of bathrooms added to the algebra! In the end, it worked out quite well, but it definitely took some creative thinking. WE'd love to book this house again and NOW we know how we'd divvy up everything. That to say, if you're booking this property for a group, ask lots a questions about layout prior to assigning rooms. It'll save some stress at the other end.

Summary: This place was beautiful and very comfortable to stay in, we appreciate the host and look forward to coming back with our kids to enjoy the pool. Al was great with communicating and made sure we were welcomed and checked in if we needed anything.

Summary: It’s a nice home with lots of beds, but… The basement beds (3) have no bathroom so would need to go upstairs to access. We didn’t use that area; guess it would be good for kids. The one bedroom on the first floor needs new box springs. The noise when changing positions was awful! Upstairs beds all good, but no doors on bathrooms with the two master suites. Stairs ascending down to outside pool area are in need of repair. The house was mostly comfortable for our purpose (8 women in town for tennis) but needs some updating/repairs.

Summary: Beautiful home with lots of room. There were 8 women from Louisiana spending a few days in Little Rock to celebrate our 60th birthdays. This place had everything we needed, including a nice swimming pool to cool off. Overall great experience!

Summary: The property is made to sleep a large group of people. To prepare for a family setting, putting chair covers on the nook chairs and cleaning the return air vent would be cool. But for a guy trip it was not a deal breaker. Would definitely stay again.

Summary: We had 4 families of 4 staying here and everything was great. There were plenty of bedrooms and plenty of space in the rooms to have the kids in the rooms with their parents. The kitchen and dining areas were great and accommodated everyone in the group. We were all able to be in the kitchen together without feeling crowded. The pool was a great activity and was nice and clean. There was plenty of towels/linens/blankets for everyone in the group and the owners are very responsive. We had a great time!
