Positive: Discreet host and clear instructions to access the accommodation. Good value for money. Quiet neighborhood.

Negative: A few hairs that I had to pick up in the shower, and also on the carpets and one of the covers in the living room. Can hear the person walking and the TV upstairs. The furniture is a bit old. It was very cold in the room at night.
