Positive: The size of the property was great! Perfect for multiple families with 2 living areas and plenty of space with an excellent outdoor space. The house was comfortable, including the bed in master.

Negative: Cleanliness can be improved. Dishes in dishwasher, dirty cup in the cupboard (with coffee in bottom), lawn not mowed and dog poop not picked up, air con main vent an inch of dust.

Positive: Beautiful house on a very quiet street. Everything was very accessible and easy to use. Very clear instructions everywhere which was helpful. The emails providing information prior to check in made the whole booking and arrival process very easy. Thank you to the hosts who have attended to those small details that make short stays so much easier.

Positive: This property is conveniently located a short stroll from the local shopping precinct boasting a Drakes Supermarket (being South Aussie I shop at Drakes and love it. Convenience shopping and fast food are all nearby. The bedding arrangement was ideal for us. The kitchen was stocked full of all we needed and the air condition was exceptional and beds comfortable. The street features attractive modern executive style homes and I was impressed at how well the neighbours cared for their lawns and gardens.

Negative: The water pressure

Positive: Spacious, clean, tidy. Great location to travel to Kalbar for a wedding. Nice quiet peaceful area with great indoor/outdoor flow to outside seating/dining.

Negative: Seeing as it was a house we thought there would be salt & pepper in the kitchen but couldn’t find it.
