Summary: Breakfast good . No air conditioning in room . Only window cracked open 6 inches. Staff advised it was a short period of time between when heat was turned off and air conditioning to be turned on. Unlucky for us we stayed 3 nights during that “period of time”. Very stuffy in room during daytime. Got better only at night. Never used a blanket because of this. Would never stay again just because of this inconvenience. Plenty other places to stay. Staff were friendly though

Summary: They were absolutely amazing!!! I had booked with them after arriving at another hotel(which had been horrible) and so I changed to Exe Lev and it was a night and day difference in experience! They were so kind, hospitable, and helpful! The rooms were clean and beautiful!

Summary: Very convenient location. Our room on the 10th floor was very nice and quiet and had a view of downtown and the castle. The staff were all very nice and helpful. And the breakfast buffet abundant. The elevators were slow, however. Overall we would recommend this hotel, especially also since the room rate was reasonable.

Summary: For one night it was good, one elevator did not work so we had to take the luggage from the parking garage by ourselves. Our room was quite small, Windows’s can‘t be opened but AC is working properly. Over all a good location. No restaurant within the hotel!
