Enjoy the stunning views of mountains, lakes, woods and meadows.
The house was completely renovated in 2014.
It is conveniently located. At the end of a cul de sac, has the terrace house on a beautiful and large garden with lawn on the children can play. Adjacent to the garden is the barbecue terrace. Equipped with a barbecue and lounge furniture. A further Eck follows the breakfast terrace, partly covered and with another garden furniture. Before the house there are three parking spaces available.
The house has three bedrooms. Each bedroom with good beds made of solid wood, closet and alarm clock. Two bedrooms with flat screen TV. One bedroom with balcony. 1 bedroom which can be converted to another sleeping space with additional seating.
Spacious bathroom with shower, toilet and large wash basin.
Separate guest toilet with sink.
Open plan living area with living-dining room, conservatory and kitchen. Beautiful views from the conservatory. Access to the breakfast terrace.
Living room with sofa that can be converted into a bed. Flat screen TV, Blue-Ray player, Playstadion3, stereo, telephone and internet connection (Wi-Fi for free).
Dining room / conservatory with a large table and 8 wild oak rocking chairs.

Summary: Spacious, clean, quiet, well-equipped and great location for our stay

Summary: This 3 bedroom was larger than we needed but was one place that both called to us and would allow us a stay of less that 7 nights. It's a lovely modern home with streamlined, useable and comfortable modern furniture with nary a throw pillow in sight. Plus really cool window shutters (and there are Lots of windows letting in wonderful light). The heating and insulation is VERY effective. The kitchen provided what we needed for simple meals and I appreciated the decent sharp knives. Note that there's no cupboard for any pantry food you might buy but the counter is large. We don't speak German so we didn't use any of the entertainment options but they looked very up to date. The 2nd floor bathroom is nice sized and the shower is large although the shower head is quite small with lower water pressure. There are no extra towels so if you use one for hair and one for your body, you'll need to steal someone's 😉 or use the sauna towel (which is a lovely touch). The bed was comfy and the bedroom had plenty of storage. The dedicated parking was wonderful. The view out the back is so beautiful and the back and side yards are lovingly appointed and useable, especially if you have kids. The laundry being in the home was appreciated. The location was perfect for us. We felt like we were in a community but close to everything we wanted to see. And one attempt to park in downtown Fussen made us even more happy we stayed all of 6 minutes away.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. It is located in central Bavaria & close to mountains, lakes & touring. We went to the Passion Play in Oberammergau from this perfect location, enjoyed Neuschwanstein & Linderhof castles. The kitchen is large with good cooking items. BBQ grill was great for outdoor cooking because the weather was hot. Highly Recommended !!
