Positive: I like the location , the service provide and good size of the room

Negative: I did not like the unavailability of the reception. Non clear communication where the key was. Me and friend of mine has been searching for the key more than a hour. I try too reach the emergency and the contact given on my booking details but its quite long to response. Up on my check out , the ccode from te lock boxe does not work. Its also better to make information available in french.

Positive: A great location in a very lively area with good cafes and restaurants. Also very central. A lot of the main tourist attractions can be reached by foot and the train connection was just around the corner. The flat was very clean, lots of storage room.
