The villa has a dominating position and an exceptional environment with its exotic wood deck of 300 sq.m and a 12x4 m pool. The 'Deck des Salants' is surrounded by a landscaped park of 4000 sq.m. This modern villa has a stunning view that is unique and unobstructed over the salt marshes of Guérande that are a unique feature of this region. It is located 10 minutes from the beach resort of La Baule.
With a living space of about 33 sq.m, the 'Deck des Salants' can comfortably accommodate 10 to 12 people. It includes:
- a large living room of 80 sq.m attached to a fully equipped kitchen;
- 6 bedrooms (upstairs: 2 bedrooms with 160 cm double beds and 1 bedroom with a 140 cm double bed; on the ground floor: 1 bedroom with a 160 cm bed and 1 bedroom with two 90 cm beds; a veranda bedroom of 40 sq.m with an exceptional view and 160 cm double bed);

Summary: Really enjoyed our stay. 10 people (3 couples, 4 teenagers). Really interesting property with 3 double rooms (all ensuite) in the upstairs of the house, 1 double and a single (with separate shower and toilet) downstairs, a garden room with enquire downstairs, and a double room external to the property past the pool with en suite and garden kitchen (the wi-fi didnt reach this room, which wasnt a problem for us). Pool and hot tub were wonderful to have and easy to maintain. Good kitchen and separate utility with washing machine and dryer. Parking for 3 cars was possible. Helpful owners who were easy to contact if we had a problem. Great holiday. I would definitely recommend.
