The house is wood and was built recently. The materials are noble and insulation is optimal. All in a Californian style.
It has all the necessary amenities and a heated pool avec'un lovely garden not overlooked. The view of the bay of Douarnenez is breathtaking. Due west! Incredible sunset.
On the ground floor you will find a large living room of 70m² with a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, refrigerator, cooker induction). There are also 3 bedrooms, a separate toilet, a bathroom, laundry and storage room.
Upstairs the master bedroom with sea view terrace (beautiful), bathroom and dressing room.

Summary: A lovely comfortable , well equipped house in a stunning location. Our only negative is that there was not enough hot water, we had 48 hours with no hot water at all. A A fantastic area with lots of beautiful beaches and lovely coastal towns and villages.

Summary: A very nice and spaceous house with a beautiful view over the bay. We enjoyed it a lot. Although it has 12 beds (2+2+2+6), two double bed rooms share one of only two bathrooms so that the second bathroom is shared by (up to) 8 people. This may become tight. While the garden and pool area is very well maintained, the interior - albeit nice and modern - is slightly getting a used touch. But altogether, we would certainly come back!

Summary: Well equipped property with stunning views and a lovely heated pool. Had everything we needed and host was available to contact with any queries. Not many instructions but there wasn’t much needed - we had a lovely relaxing holiday with our 3 children, their grandparents and us

Summary: House was clean, kitchen well-equipped and the pool and garden were lovely. Less than a 10 min drive to town but in a quiet cul de sac with a beach 5 mins drive away. Owner was responsive and available if needed.
