Summary: So found the property within weeks of daughter’s KU graduation. Already had a couple hotel rooms but really wanted vrbo. The owner was very communicative and offered more than enough information to be the first renters. Clean, bedrooms were furnished with the basics. Beds were comfortable. It would be nice to have patio furniture however, knowing the owner just got property listed so that was not a problem. Would highly recommend this for visits to KU or the Lawrence area in general. Also owner is local so that always helps. Garage, driveway and roadside parking more than ample.
